The monthly option is a 3 year contract but it also gives you some bonus features. If you sign up for the monthly option you can upgrade your current license to the Enterprise Edition for FREE. Here is the list of features you would get with enterprise edition. Also signing up for the monthly support will get you access to pcAmericas On-Cloud Portal (see below for features). You can cancel the monthly contract anytime but there will be a termination fee of 3 months payments.
