Price Book

We now represent Scanning Solutions, which interfaces with gas station POS systems including the Gilbarco G-site and Passport and Verifone Ruby, Sapphire and Topaz, as well as Wayne Dresser Nucleus and Comdata Trendar. Price book management works smoothly with your point of sale system to keep accurate and consistent pricing for every sale.

We provide item grouping, mix and match functionality, timed price changes to speed up price book management. All sales history is stored forever in the back office software and reports can be exported to excel or text format. We give you the ability print bar codes and shelf price tags from the software.

Inventory

Scanning Solutions gives the tools that are needed to maintain and track your inventory. Single and multi-pack items are linked for proper pricing as well as inventory management. Items are received with the easy to use Unitech HT630. This system works with vendors around the US to develop and put to use EDI (electronic data interface).

EDI vastly reduces the time it takes to enter a delivery. Make low stock reports based on reorder levels or sales history. All stock changes and deliveries are saved electronically to keep an ongoing record.

Daily Book

See all your sales and money totals on one screen. Scanning Solutins gives you the ability to adjust sales and method of payment and customize fields to track other monies received and paid out. The daily book helps in maintaining accounts receivables and payables. The daily book works seamlessly with peachtree and quickbooks accounting software to lessen data entry time and mistakes.

Fuel

The fuel delivery screen makes it easy to track fuel deliveries and enter gross and net gallons delivered. Fuel reconciliation maintenance is handled with a single screen data entry which simplifies fuel inventory tracking. Fuel pool margin reports are automatically generated, giving you the amount made per gallon per grade as well as total profit margin for all grades.

Backroom HQ

Backroom Headquarters makes reports based on sales from all of your sites. See a single store's sales, all stores sales or just a few select locations. Keep the price book from your home office by changing pricing levels at 1 site, regions, or customizable areas.

All sales, deliveries and monies are reported to the headquarters. Track all of your margins from one main location. Backroom HQ is totally customizable to your requirements. Headquarters has the ability to maintain price book and inventory at store level and/or home office. Scanning Solutions will customize a Backroom HQ accounting bridge to meet your needs.
