Metrologic Voyager MS9540 Scanners feature Metrologic's CodeGate technology. CodeGate is a built-in scanning system that is ideal for all scanning applications, including menu-scanning, Point of Sale, and inventory.

CodeGate works hand-in-hand with Metrologic's patented automatic-triggering scheme. Its as simple as placing a barcode to the scanner; the 650-nm laser is automatically activated letting the user select the barcode to be scanned. Press the CodeGate button and the data is quickly processed to the system.

Equipped with both In Stand and Out of Stand operation, MS9540 Voyager Scanners can be used as both a hand-held and fixed position scanner. Voyager automatically detects when it is in the stand and turns off the CodeGate button.

The MS9540 Scanner is packed with all of the same features as the Metrologic MS9520, except the MS9520 does not have a CodeGate button.

Hard Mount Plate
A hard mount metal plate is approximately 2'' x 2''. It has a hole in each corner and a threaded post in the center. It is need for mounting a scanner to a tabletop. A hard mount plate can be ordered below.
